DiscoverDhaalu Atoll

Also known as Southern Nilandhe Atoll or Nilande Atoll South, Dhaalu Atoll consists of 56 islands. The atoll can be accessed via domestic flights from Valena International Airport to Dhaalu Airport located on the island of Kudahuvadhoo within Dhaalu Atoll. Local ferry services connect the atoll to the other islands of the Maldives as well.

Old Buddhist and Islamic religious sites have been found on the islands here, with the old mosque in Kudahuvadhoo considered to contain some of the finest masonry work in the country.
